Manufactured Abandonment

Inspiration: Discarded metal objects corrode outdoors. Their rusty hues return to new resting grounds.

Techniques and materials: Found objects, dyed cheesecloth, wool, hemp, linen, cotton, canvas, ramie.

Mounted on a canvas frame.: 15 inches x 31 inches

Inspiration: An animal gave its hide, its spirit lives on.

Techniques and materials: Hide stretcher, silk organza, wool, linen, hemp, leather, suede, barnboard.

Mounted on barn board.: 11 inches x 21.5 inches
